Stretched and Unashamed

Hey Luvs!

Today is a bit more personal.  However, This is part of my truth, so I share in order to help someone else stand stretched and unashamed.

I used to be very self-conscious of what I like to call my “ birthing stripes” 🙈😆. Yes I’ve had children ( 4 to be exact) No my skin didn’t snap back into place even after applying all the butters to my skin before, during, and after birth 🤷🏾‍♀️. But hey my body did so trust I’m not complaining 😆! *Detox after birth… but that’s another story*
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
However the scars of birth or my “birthing stripes” definitely kept me from showing any part of my midsection for sure! I recently changed that mindset as I became more self aware and began uncovering limiting beliefs. This was important to me especially since I wanted to be the main one promoting I•A•T Couture Performance Leggings & Yoga Pants. It took a lot for me “mentally “ to post the pics exposing my midsection TBH.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
So I stand stretched and unashamed reminding you to BE TRUE TO THYSELF! And to also know that EVERYONE struggles with SOMETHING! My issue may not be your issue and your issue may not be my issue & that’s why it’s important to be kind to everyone & not judgmental of each other’s appearances.
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
My message in this moment… Much Love

  • oh, to be true to ourselves! society teaches an unrealistic picture of perfection and this picture does not support self-love. learning to love and appreciate ourselves for who we are and what we look like is a beautiful thing. thank you, Tassie, for this BOLD reminder.
