Healthy Skin and Hair Tip

  
Hey Friends!

We all occasionally wonder what we can do to grow our hair and maintain healthy glowing skin.  Today I am starting a series of posts on tips that could help you have Healthy Hair and Skin.

Nutrition is a KEY factor in maintaining Healthy Skin and Hair.  I’m starting on the inside before we go outward.  Eating a well balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, and proteins will not only help your body to feel good but it will also provide your system the nutrients it needs to consistently grow your hair, skin, and nails.

Keeping your body hydrated by drinking half your body weight in water also helps flush the body of toxins which could also hinder the growth of healthy cells as well.

Bottom line:  take good care of your body and healthy cells will grow and you will see a difference in your body and your overall appearance.

Stay healthy my friends and remember life is about balance.  Too much bad is not good and too much good could be bad…think about it.  Everything in MODERATION and you’ll discover being balanced is easier than you thought.
