Morning Reflections

Hello My People,

I’m realizing that often times I share “mini blogs” on my Instagram and today I’ve decided to turn these “mini blogs” from Instagram into actual blog posts for those of you who are actually reading my blog as well.

Life is all about evolving and since I believe in taking the Holistic approach to everything I do, I can only hope these thoughts resonate with you and feel free to comment and share your thoughts with me.

Am I ready for this next phase, I ask myself. Honestly I would have to say YES!!! I’ve been feeling a wonderful “shedding” taking place! The shedding of an “old” me, an “old” way of thinking, an “old” way of being.

It’s not about a new year because I believe a new year of my life started months ago… what it is about is a new way of me being me emerging through this process.
✨✨✨
Kinda like exfoliating 🤔 sloughing off the dead skin in order to rejuvenate new cells and breathe life into the body on a new cellular level.
✨✨✨
The way I did things in the past, as I reflect, has shown me often, that I was ahead of my time, however this NEW me is right on time as I should be and I’m ready for every step of this process … which shows … I’m not NEW to this I’m TRUE to this!
